BACKGROUND AND CONTENT

Seminar presents a unique opportunity for exploring bionergetics as the revolutionary drama progress on releasing stress, tension and trauma.

Work in groups will be followed by the presentation of theoretical and experimental demonstrations. Emphasis will be on breathing exercises, grounding and vibration. Through these exercises participants will learn how to increase life energy, relieve stress, tension and pattern of behavior inherited.

Dr. Alexander Lowen, founder of bioenergetics approach in treating trauma, stress and tension, emphasizes connection of bioenergetic processes in the body with human personality. The body is a "diary" in which all of our experiences are recorded: joy, sadness, disappointment, trauma, blocks and stress. Therefore, rational analysis only is not enough.

Only by recognizing and releasing of deep-rooted physical patterns final liberation of inherited and acquired pattern of behavior can be achieved.
Trauma, stress and tension exercises are therefore a unique method that helps us to establish the harmony of neurological, biological, anatomical and emotional part of ourselves.

During the workshop you will discover how and where the tension and energy blocks are stored in your body and how they cause depression, aggression and emotional stiffness. You will learn bioenergetics methods how to resolve these problems.

Participants will be given individual attention to experience and learn exercises.
Please dress comfortably and bring the yoga mat, large and small towel.
